Hi,

Anybody here currently using or have used HDFC Bank Moneyback Plus Credit Card?

Are reward points for this card calculated for billing cycle or calendar month?

I have received credit card statement in June and it seems that I have not received 10X reward points for spends at Reliance Smart Superstore which is one of the 5 merchants i.e. Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart, Reliance Smart Superstore and Swiggy eligible for 10X reward points.

I have used the example posted in their terms and conditions pdf for calculating reward points but it is not adding up.

Unlike Axis Bank credit cards, reward points earned per transaction are not mentioned in the credit card statement, just the total points earned.

Please share your experience i.e. if you have received the correct or incorrect reward points.

How did you calculate reward points for HDFC Bank Moneyback Plus Credit Card? Appreciate any help.

Your Rewards points will be posted on next month of every first week. Reward points are given on monthly basis not billing cycle. Call the customer care if you do not get 10x RP if shipped on their affiliated partners sites

Still need a bit of clarity regarding this. If I have a billing cycle of say 21st May to 20th June, what is the period for which I will receive reward points in the first week of next month i.e. July.

Is it 21st May to 20th June or 1st June to 30th June?

In the TnC's pdf for mb plus cc 10X i.e. 20 reward points per Rs.150 spent on Reliance Smart SuperStore. Reliance Smart SuperStore includes Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar retail stores.

Is 10X applicable for offline Reliance retail stores such as Reliance Smart & Reliance Fresh also?

off topic but when will the points for debit card will be added? checked net banking and it doesn't show any points accumulated.

I am assuming you mean points for money back debit card. Customer can view the points in Netbanking in 2 working days from the date of transaction.

Login to NetBanking > Cards > Debit Cards > Enquire >
CashBack Enquiry and Redemption > Account Number > Continue >
Input the CashBack amount in multiples of 250
