Pathetic, rotten and un-fresh flowers delivered, had to call at-least 8 times to explain and ask for re delivery, calls kept on hold for long time (15mins and more). Absolute wate of money. Finally asked for refund which they agreed and expecting within 7 to 10 days. Don't know if it will be refunded. The essence of sending flowers to loved ones on special occasions has been diluted by them.
