My mama ji insurance from PNB New India Assurance was discontinued due to pnb’s non cooperation with New India Assurance Co Ltd
I filed an rti asking Why this policy was dishonored? They replied due to pnb being the group manager
I asked how many people claimed or what was the settlement ratio?

They replied cannot disclose this information as personal information violation Section 8(1)(j)
Many rti questions are nipped in the bud citing thus rule, wow rti completely diluted

LIC denied Term insurance to me on base on low income but not given any information before medical test and later on denied me insurance and deducted money towards medical test and refunded after. Whether I can file RTI base on this my case whether they can refund me my total amount ? Can raise RTI to IRDAI base on my query??

frame questions skillfully
first they wont reply citing personal information violation
then u have to file first appeal online also possible
after that go2 CIC with rti copies (online not possible)
I also have pnb and new india assurance co. From past 3 year I just submitted cheque for my premium but it’s not cleared by new india assurance ?
Will they discontinue my health policy ?

PNB is total duck , even their bank people are rude they stopped there reward program on debt card (was impressive with 1% reutrn) and eat all rewards poits

You should challenge this reply to 1st appallate authority.
