. Needed a rupay card but no banks issuing:) I don't need axis as I already have 4 cc with them kotak rejecting

Try Sbi simplysave, they hand them out like candy, even if you apply for simplyclick, you directly apply for their rupay versions via their agents but no ltf.
Just go to your nearest sbi branch, there will be agents there, make sure you are eligible for your age.
Hdfc and icici both issue rupay cards to their current customers.
Better yet apply for Tata neu rupay, apparently that's the best rupay card, That's what I hear.

They gave a 20 year old an amex? Most cards need the applicants to be over 21 years old.
