I m going singapore next week i have UNION Bank rupay select rupay debit card which has 2 international lounge access but problem is no where it's mentioned how to utilise this offer even rupay team via twitter is clue less kindly share experience if any one used this offer out of india

I have done twice ( same trip) using my lvb card in 2019. Struggled a lot to get the refund.it was about 1500 each iirc. Rupay told me to contact bank and bank executive didn't even understand the meaning of lounge access initially. And again kept complaining to rupay. Got refund after 4-5 months

Did you get any communication mail/call from HDFC bank for millenia debit card variant available on RuPay ?
