So, I pre-ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra from Flipkart on the 18th, but I have no idea how to claim my free wireless charger. I tried contacting customer support, but they were useless. Does anyone have a screenshot of the actual terms and conditions for that order, or the Rajiv Makhani live pre-order video from Flipkart? If you do, please share it in the comments. It would be a huge help! Thanks in advance!

Bro. Any update? Did flipkart gave you the wireless charger ?
Become same thing happened to me. I pre-ordered the phone and got the phone without wireless charger. And then I spoke the customer care. They said it was supposed to be in the cart with the phone while ordering and said now they can't do anything.
