Samsung giveaway issue

I have won giveaway in December from Samsung in Twitter platform and I have sent the requested documents through post and got email stating that they have received the documents,from then no update was given and prize was also not sent to me

Did you guys know anything about how to contact them ?

Tried contacting them via Twitter dm and posting tweet and tagging them but no response.
