Hi my Samsung m31 2 month old phone speaker is now very low sound. If it changed to speaker normal sound coming. Very difficult to attend phones and now everytime enabling speaker to hear what callers are speaking
Is this a technical issue or hardware ?
Anyone facing this ?

Dust issue present in earpiece. Open and clean properly if you can yourself or visit nearby. It’s neither hardware nor software just servicing issue.

First clean the ear speaker grill of any dust as neo said above. Then try possibility with this app → https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=m... Try with low volume boost settings. If ear speaker volume is still not resolved, then it could be hardware issue. Speaker might have displaced away from grill due to any impact.
