If I use Sbi cashback to buy S24 ultra from samsung's website, will I get 5% cashback upto 5000? Also, I'm getting this phone at 95000 after giving away my 5 year old one plus 7 pro, Is this a good deal?

You will get a better deal offline, just roam a few shops and negotiate as much as you can.
The last offer in Mumbai I received was for 1.15 with a 45W original charger for S24U 512GB

this was a very good offer. Samsung stores in Delhi are on another level. They are not ready to bargain at all

you will get CB for sure. I am not sure about the exchange value. Try putting the phone as exchange in amazon/flipkart/cashify and see how much they are offering.

I tried Flipkart and Amazon, and both are giving a maximum of 8,500 for a flawless mobile. I tried Cashify as well and the max they are offering is around 12,000.

yes, it's an online purchase. I visited three locations in Delhi and their quotation vary from 1,12,000 to 1,18,000. Could you please tell me the location where I can get the 256 GB variant at around 1 lakh without exchange?

As per normal policy you should get .. BUT...
The problem with SBI cashback is you are not sure if it will work on all eligible sites and everytime, If you do the transction and you don't get cashback they will say merchant MCC code is banned which you will have no idea.
If you want to take the risk you can . Just make sure if you don't get the cashback its ok with you. or you have the paticene to take it up with them
