Does anyone have idea how samsung website exchange experience is?
Do they unnecessarily reduce the quoted price or give us a fair deal?
Also, in case there is price difference do we get an option to pau differential amount via cash or we need to cancel the whole exchange entirely?
Thanks!

Mine was rejected as it had smal dent
Pls ensure your phone is in good condition if u opt for exchange
If it gets rejected, can we pay the differential price?
Isn’t it cashify that handles samsung.com exchanges?
Yes it is Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd.(“Cashify”)
https://www.samsung.com/in/offer/exchange...o/
I will also use exchange option for S22U. I have good experience with cashify, as I keep my mobile in good condition even after >2yrs.
My mobile has scratches at the back and side, apart from no dents and breakages. Dont know if they consider the scractch or not
can we purchase from samsung.com??
how is the returns policy enforced..do they put any problems or it will be handled neatly?
s22 ultra with corp discount and hdfc 5k instant – 96K on samsung.com
on amazon appario seller am getting around 105K
what to do? i am concerned abt returns policies
I had ordered an S22 Ultra from Samsung Shop app and traded in a Note8. The Note8 screen had a green tint problem which I had minimized with OLED Saver app (from Galaxy Apps store) and some burn-in (i.e. traces of app icons showing even if the screen was empty). Yet the Cashify agent accepted it and I got around Rs 11-12k back out of which Rs 10k was the exchange bonus. The agent said that I was getting almost the junk value for the Note8. I didn't complain because I doubt I would have got more on OLX.
If your old device is in perfect physical and working condition (except for bad battery life or overheating) I highly recommend the Samsung Shop app for the trade-in bonus it gives.
For the S23 series, it is letting you club the instant card discount along with the trade-in bonus if you pay the full amount (i.e. no EMI). With a corporate account, that brings the S23 from Rs 69k to 56k (5k for HDFC CC, 8k for trade-in bonus) + whatever value your old device fetches.
