Sbi card Application pending but recieved the welcome email of sbi loyalty program

I applied for sbi cc using sbi sprint website on 14 july and on same day I received a welcome email from irctc but still, my application is showing pending anyone here who have irctc rupay credit card can tell me this happens with everyone or its me who received the welcome email of sbi loyalty program but the application still in pending 

Welcome to IRCTC SBI LOYALTY Program.
On behalf of IRCTC SBI Co-branded Credit card, Your loyalty number is Successfully generated at IRCTC For availing the facility of Loyalty Program at IRCTC, please follow below steps:

1. Please refer your Loyalty Number which is embossed below your name on the IRCTC SBI credit card.
2. Login at https://www.irctc.co.in, if you are an existing user. (If not, register at IRCTC using sign up link at https://www.irctc.co.in )
3. Add your loyalty number after login. Use Tab " Loyalty Account " and click on " Add Loyalty Account ".
4. You will get a confirmation on successful addition of your IRCTC SBI card loyalty number.

Note : 1.You can link Loyalty Number at IRCTC post activation of your IRCTC SBI card. Your IRCTC SBI card is activated as soon as you make your first purchase with the IRCTC SBI card or make a payment on your card. Kindly link your loyalty account within 3 days after activation.
2. Please use the same Email id, Mobile no. & date of birth which was mentioned at the time of registration for IRCTC SBI credit card
