SBI card application Problem

Applied SBI credit card on 6th March..at the final step asked to schedule appointment for documents verification..
Scheduled visit for 7th March..no one visited
Got a call on 9th March.. sent a link to upload bank statement..the link didn't worked..
Twitter support is useless..it seems application will be in "pending submission" forever..
What should I do..they already made a cibil enquiry on 6th March..

Application Will Be Auto Close After 45 Days, Not Forever.
If U Apply Via Card Sprint And Not Completed It Will Tale Atleast 3 Months For Auto Close
