SBI Card Application Stuck?

I applied for SBI SimplyClick Credit Card on 11th June. Someone called me on 12th June and told me my application was approved and I will get the card within 3-4 days. I haven't received any communication after that about anything. I even tried to email them through their portal but didn't receive any reply.
When I check the status of the application on the website it has been saying:
We are now validating your application and it will take 12-24 hours.
Does anyone know whom to contact to get status of the application?
I am not an SBI account holder.
