SBI Card Bill payment Issue

Can anyone help me with this? I want to make early payment towards my card as I have utilised more than 30% of credit limit. But it is failing.

I was holding icici bank credit card with high limit. Also I have salary account in SBI and an home loan.. May be that's why they gave me this limit...
