SBI Card Bill Payment via Cred not App Credited Reflected

Dear Cred Users, 

Recently paid two payments one yesterday & one today by cred for sbi card none of them reflects anywhere even cred did not generated any UTR no for same usually it settles with in a seconds or 4 hours gap now it seems to scary due to no support from cred side.

Is this issue from SBI Side or cred ?

Please anyone experience same recently kindly suggest what to do further for action.
