SBI Card Credit Balance Refund when EMI is active

Hello, I recently ordered a TV (amount - 32.5k) from my brother's SBI Card which I unfortunately had to return and the amount was refunded to his card. I paid to his card on the same day I had ordered the TV from cred. After that, my brother ordered a refrigerator (amount - 50k) on EMI (around 5k) .
Now, I want that SBI Card should refund the amount of TV refund to my brother's bank account. Is that possible when EMI is going on? I don't see any amount pending in credit balance refund option in SBI card app and customer care is unresponsive.
Is the refund adjusted into my brother's EMI or will that be unaffected? I just want money back to my account. How can I make it possible? Need help please.

If refund came before emi conversion, it will get adjusted and only remaining amount will be converted to emi.
No. refund came after the emi conversion and bill generation, what happens in that case?
i have the answer for this....but cannot type here a lot ... better call customer care, they will resolve your issue.
