They added wilful default tag for for 2007 closed card this month and my credit rating down by 41 points this month. Is sbi card gone nuts?

Check the details of account bro, sometimes they mixup users.
You can contest and get the account removed if it is not yours, that will automatically improve your score back.
They will update the settled, defaulter account till you die..so better fo to the branch and close the account by paying full interest and take NOC.
Balance is zero. What to pay? 😂
I am also observing their unethical practices on reward points.
Report to CIBIL if its wrong update.
I believe they should be fined several crores by RBI which is really incompetent too at strictly regulating these entities

I am also planning to close sbi simply click,now just thinking 🤔
