SBI CARD -> How long it takes for SBI Card representative to contact for 2nd credit card application?

Hello Dimers,
Does anyone know how long it will take to complete the new application process
When i track the application status it shows complete application every time but after submission it shows
"An SBI Card representative will reach out to you soon to verify your details."
and again tried to track it shows the same stage of complete application again...
What's wrong I already submitted by skipping appointment as well accepting a appointment date so i tried both and yet no contact or no status update on the sbi card tracking portal
Any suggestions?
if they visit what documents they ask?

I already have SBI simply Save rupay card got it on Jan 2024
Now trying my luck with 2nd card in 4th month as people' usually say 6 month's gap needed (even customer care said the same thing) to apply 2nd
Card I want to test this out and get 2nd card in 4th month from SBI Cardsthe card I applied for is SBI Cashback
Give some days after accepting appointment date
Ah some days ah, Okie so SBI are lazy with processing it seems

What card did you apply for? Do you already have an SBI card?
