SBI card Principal credit adjustment

Hi while checking unbilled transactions on my SBI card today I have noticed two new fields.
Principal credit adjustment and principal debit adjustment.
Rs.89.82 was debited and then credited.
Can anyone tell me about to why these charges First debited and then credited.

i too have got it exactly same as annual charges. Annual charges were levied in last statement and will be credited in next as i am eligible. Not sure what it means. The actual effect is zero.
