So I got SimplyCLICK in January. Bill was generated on 7th January and I had paid joining fees even before the bill was generated. The bill generated was -1. But since then I have not received the welcome voucher. I have done 30k worth of transactions since then and repaid that too. SBI Card in app mail support was supposed to contact me by 1st February regarding this issue as informed by mail but no one reached me. Now I have escalated to nodal officer and they asked to wait for 7 days. The call support says that servers are down today and asked to call after 5 PM. The heck is this service ? 😁😂🤣 Pata nahi kyu card liya maine inka 🤷♂️

Got this after 3 rejections. Applied through agent in mall. I think they don’t give CB card.

Sbi simply click not ltf, for Amazon voucher call customer care and tell them u haven't received, they will send it to ur email

Yea got it yesterday. After escalating to principal nodal officer. Level 1 was supposed to answer me by Feb 1 and Level 2 was supposed to answer me by Feb 9. No one answered so I escalated to PNO and they sent it in 5 days.
