SBI Card worst customer care on card downgrade

Nowadays SBI card customer care is very bad.
I made a downgrade request on 15.02.2023 and 16.02.2023 from SBI Elite to SBI BPCL Octane and there is no response from the SBI cards.
After that I called customer care on 18.02.2023 they simply said request has been declined we don't do anything regarding the card downgrade. On 19.02.2023 I sent the same request via email still today I didn't get any response. Today I escalate the same to the nodal officer will I get a proper response for the same?

Nowadays SBI customer care has become very bad. What others feel in desidime?

no one downgrades so easily, better close this card and apply for new one

Usually SBI easily downgrade the card in earlier days.

Why downgrade? Elite has nice feature like monthly bms offer, and nice reward if you can achieve milestones
