SBI Cashback and actual CASHBACK CREDIT are different

SBI Cashback amount of current statement and actual CARD CASHBACK CREDIT are not same.
In case of Refund, correct cashback amount should be calculated in the statement.
What are possible reasons?

They credited 9% cb on 12th Feb transaction, maybe they are reversing that excess cb.
Edit: It is indeed the case. I had 4 rs excess credit from 12th Feb transaction and now that's what I see is reduced from cashback.

Was 388 credited 219
Specific merchant issue or Refund issue
Reason is Sbi CC team is blunderful.

In my case the cashback was settled and then the refund came in to picture
SBI has deducted the cashback on next month's settlement.
same, they showed incorrect cashback amount in statement but credit meticulously accurate(and less) cashback in account
Do they credit cashback more than 5K. Yet to generate my first statement and cashback is showing 5034!!
I bought some gift cards directly from Amazon, I crossed my limit(20k) but I already had paid extra before.
The transaction settled today, @ 8 in morning, still the cb hasn't been credited. Is this because of going overlimit?
Or will I get cb later in the day?
