Sbi cashback card query on cashback

I paid on urban clap for around rs2900 ,the transaction shows as settled but havent received cashback for the transaction. merchant showing as Paytm URBANCLAPTECHNOL DELHI IN. Any idea why cashback is not credited?

We have to manually do the calculation and add the merchants accordingly and prepare an excel so that we can get an idea that where we can get the cashback

i tracked manually and transaction which settled after that also got cashback(amazon gv), but that urban clap transaction didnt give any cashback

urban company doesnt give cashback for sbicb, it comes under utility.

some intern fool has set the wrong mcc code in urban company.
