Transaction settlement can take more than 2 days.

It takes two days to settle.

Brother. That's the question. If I do transactions today, that will get settled day after tomorrow and cash back will be updated. This was the case with my transactions.

This transaction is not settled after T+2 and my first transaction in Ajio, hence the doubts.

Settlement ka wait to karna hi pdega cashback ke liye

Cashback doubt hai and order delivery hone wala hai to delivery delay karke try kar sakte ho

On 15th night, paid school fees about 8k, transaction showed as settled on 18th morning but NO CB was added. Gave it a day, still not credited on 19th morning or even today (SBI CB card cashback is added around 4-6am in the morning for settled transactions).

Created a ticket through inbox feature of app yesterday, got 2-3 calls from SBIcard this afternoon, but all dropped after some seconds... let's see tomorrow if they reply to ticket or call back again.

Login to sbi card website and check category for that specific transaction in spend analiser and pls update

And what is merchant name?

I had done an education payment on 9th, got CB properly. Now you got me worried, I was planning to do another advance payment within this month.

Please do update when you get the CB.

My transactions for Tuesday & Wednesday settled altogether. Looks like Ajio has fetched 5 and property tax has fetched 1% cash back.

I have paid 1.5 lacs this month as education fee  payment and it was settled within 2 days. Cashbacm was credited after settlement

@Seinfeld They asked for "charge slip screenshot" for an online transaction, ridiculous! Anyway, replied stressing again that it's an online transaction and attached the PDF invoice given by school (eduQfix fee receipt), let's see how it goes... I expect an escalation might be needed after they reply to this.

BTW, how far did you accumulate cb till now?

is it wise decision to get sbi cashback card now?

CB accumulation? I never hit even the half of the limits bro. Possible 3k, enough for my necessary uses.

All my last 3 transactions are in last 10 days.

I have paid fees in 3 installments

50k 10 apr

50k 15 apr

50k 20 apr

As its devaluating from next month. I have paid the total amount in April itself.

@Seinfeld After submitting PDF, they replied that my request is taken on "priority" basis and forwarded for approval from concerned team to be resolved within 28th... I do not have have high hopes considering SBIcard's history in these matters (even escalations too)...

Sometimes cashback takes time to credit aswell.
