Hy my sbi cashback credit card cash back amount cumulated this unbilled showing 5365.
Rs 5000 is maximum cash back but cashback amount shows 5365.
Will I get this full 5365 or maximum of 5000?

They will credit only 5,000.

Did they credit full cashback? I had 1300 cashback written in statement but only received 1000

There is an error in cashback. For some transactions it gave 9% instead of 5%.
