Hi Dimers,

I have been trying to pay SBI Cashback card bill for last one week and its failing continuously. I have tried via hdfc billpay and Mobikwik multiple time. Is any one else facing this issue thi month?

I tried SBI Ola CC payment on Mobikwik on 3rd, 4th and 5th June. All 3 payments got failed immediately after amount got debited from DC. Later tried via UPI, same issue. So paid partially via Cred, Park+ and SBI card app.

I figured out the problem. SBI is not allowing any payment above the outstanding amount. IN my case the cashback got adjusted and the fetched bill amount was more than the current outstanding amount. Today i made a purchase via the card, the outstanding amount went up above the bill amount and it went through.

I received SMS from SBI saying that i cant pay anything above the current outstanding amount.

There is maximum payable limit for each card and will not allow more than that. This limit is till the card limit

Till last month i was able to pay full amount as in statement after cashback adjustment. But this month it kept failing. One has to be cautious for the bill amount that is auto fetched based on the statement.
