SBI Customer Segmentation - account upgrade

My account is forever stuck with Silver type while I am eligible for Diamond / Platinum with SBI. I did not bother much until now but with those variants giving discounts on locker rentals, I am keen on upgrading it. Now the issue is branch staff are clueless about how to get this upgrade done. They are only aware of CSP variants, but my employer is not registered with SBI. Does anyone know how should I get it done?

Yes, but once you select a category in your life (Silver in my case), it does not let us change.

Your silver also comes under csp package (corporate salary package ) salary account. Just write an application to upgrade your silver CSP account to diamond CSP account.They might need salary slip or account statement .

But mine is not CSP. Regular Savings Account but I get my salary credited there - did it to get any possible benefits like this last year. Was hoping for an upgrade in due course.

My brother got one of csp varient. He don't have earlier. When I come to know one of video YouTube.. Just give salary slip latest one and fill form. In my brother case he gave form earlier but they not done anything. Brother went to the manager after complain to manger done in 1 week.
