SBI Not Refunding Failed Transaction - 20 days passed

So, I did a transaction on Myntra with sbi debit card 20 days ago and it failed. But its not been refunded yet by SBI. Mnytra confirmed that its not with them, but lying with bank. What to do now?
Also, I heard bank has to pay rs.100 for each day delay in refund. Kindly throw some light on same.

Yeah already did contact them on twitter, CMS Portal, and also mailed them twice but no response.

Myntra failed Ka, myntra k pas fasa hoga.
Bohot logo k complaint Dekha hu, Myntra wale refund Nahi karte hai.
Last option chargeback.

Contact Bank support or raise complaint on CMS Portal and for compensation you have to complaint to RBI OMBUDSMAN that too not sure after how many days you will get compensation .
