Yesterday I called customer care and tell them to waiver annual fee on my octane card . Customer executive told they can't make it and I request to connect to closure team. He agreed to refund my annual fee including gst with in 4 days. So I am good to go for another year with this card
I got this card with joining fee of 1499+gst along with 6000 rps, and after I get refund that 6000 points is free

Last year upgraded from bpcl to octane, this march paid joining fee along with 6000 rps, yesterday called cc and requested for waiver

Bro tell them to do it on call they tell they will refund but they don't and if they say they can't than tell them to close your card. They did ltf for me
