also faced a strange issue this year
my simpliclick card membership year is from June-June
So for the previous cycle I completed 1 Lakh spends on March 2022 and received cleartrip voucher on March 2022 itself
and in the new cycle I completed 1 Lakh spends by October 2022 but didn't receive cleartrip voucher
Raised complaint twice and they are closing the case saying I already received the 1Lakh spends voucher on March 2022 but they are not understanding it is from 2 different cycles even escalated the case but again same response 1 Lakh voucher was already issued on March 2022 and can be issued only once

Classic sbi card clueless customer care & system. Also, they take different period for calculation of milestone spend & annual fee waiver condition so check that in your card statement for Oct/Nov statement that 1 lakh milestone has been achieved(if yes then remaining amt to achieve will be shown under 2 lakh milestone).

u can also talk to them, I have seen Kannada customer care is very knowledgeable and patient than English, try choosing local language instead of English

I had to mail them that I will close my Card if I don't get my Milestone voucher. Then I got the voucher within 5 days.
Earlier i was trying from 2 months but got nothing.
So the people who don't use cleartrip and sell the voucher for 1600-1700 here will feel the heat too?
I have been paying 590rs for the card since 3 years now as my usage is mostly moved to other cards. I keep it for family usage during sales only as most sales have sbi card discounts and every year 1-2 phones are needed. Apart from that few grocery offers also every now and then. That's it.
They should make SimplyCLICK LTF now but they won't knowing they are SBI - too big to fail types attitude. Kitna devalue karenge aur. Amazon reward points ko bhi de-value kar diya.

Try raising a closure request .They made it LTF for me and my mother's SIMPLY CLICK card
Was using for 4 years. 2 lakh per annum . usage.
Then after apay and FK axis . usage reduced. So called cc for closure.
They offered LTF , I SAID YES.

In my case, I have sbi bpcl card along with simply clk.
But in my mother's case, it's just her single card
So, never understood their criteria to offer LTF to both of us.
They promised on call, that it will be LTF. SR request was taken, that's it no confirmation mail or sms about LTF.
Later I mailed cc and got written confirmation on mail that card is LTF for sure,
It's been an year. not charged annual fee. I thought I'd be charged and later will return like waiver. Seems that's not the case here

Their customer support is too knowledgeable to understand the issue.

Even I shared them the screenshot of the statement, they always avoid the those statement and say only thing "we regret.......your total spend is 198600, you are not eligible"
I requested a call, explained the thing and even the person was talking like robot sorry our system shows this that, you are not eligible.
I asked- what about statement you send everymonth. After listening all my logic and countering their calculation sheet,
they have only answer- sorry our calculation.....you are not eligible...😌
