SBI SimplyCard LTF Conversion

I send an email to CC head last week asking either making it LTF or issue cashback card (I didn't ask to close).
A lady called and told cashback wont be possible to issue at this moment but SimplyClick LTF can be done. After I said go ahead I could see one SR raised and completed.
But didnt receive any confirmation email on the same.
Is there any way in system where I can check if its LTF or not ?

Thanks for the thread. Mine too simplclick converted to LTF last week. Been using it for past 7 years. They mostly used to waive my annual charges as retention but never got it LTF. This time they did after sending email to head.

Did you people do 5-digit spends on the Simply cards before asking for LTF conversion? I am wondering if I can spend "very little" and request for the same?
In SBI card App go to connect with us >mailbox>anualal fee and membership.... You can ask the status of the service request for which the customer care executive told that your card is LTF and then they will send you a response.... I did the same
