Does it happen automatically? Or do we need to raise complain and follow up?
My transaction has also failed on uni pay. I have raised chargeback request for the refund. Sbi unipay customer support do nothing for the refund.

Did you raise any complain or it happened automatic? How long did it take for the other transactions apart from that one
I have paid 25000 using HDFC easyshop. But no cashback was received. Trx date: 23rd Jan. Please help me.
Hi, For me the transaction is failed but transaction details not showing in Unipay. But my money got debited from bank. Does it happen to anyone?

I made a payment for Citibank CC on 23rd March .. It is still not credited to the card .. How can I check what happened ?
SBI unipay no longer allowing payment via credit card .. any other option ?
Things are getting out of hand now. I still haven't received the refund of Rs. 1,000 done via HDFC Bank debit card.
I even wrote an email to [email protected] but there has been no response yet. Raised transaction dispute with HDFC Bank and they replied today with the response that merchant has claimed that amount.
In case I want to fight for it, I need to show transaction failed screenshot (which I didn't take) or email for failed transaction (which SBI Unipay didn't send). Above all, I don't even have the proof after logging into the portal since there's no trace of transaction in 'Transaction History' on SBI Unipay's website.
Those who are stuck in the same situation, please suggest what to do?
