SBI UPI blocked, how to unblock?

So I was investing in mobikwik from my SBI with UPI and after txn I got a MSG that UPI has been blocked due to suspicious activity, please visit branch.
Went to branch and branch days gove an application we shall do our part but doesn't unlock UPI It seems.
So anyone's SBI UPI got blocked like me? If yes how did u unblock it?
Note everything else working like neft imps just can't do UPI txn anymore error comes.
