Scam call , should i be worried

I hold HDFC /ICICI/AXIS card for 3+ years no scam call. Applied for SBI in august and card delivered last month
After getting SBI card the scam calls started pouring in.Reward points , card block type of calls . Does Sbi deliberately leak the data ?
Any place to register complaint ?

Yes, from SBI data goes to scammers, changed my address and started getting these calls
