Scam telemarketing company and big cheaters

Looking down on the situation I am in right now, it isn’t as pleasant it was before. You see, I purchased a cloth dryer of ezyhome company, and they just won’t listen. This product I received was downright defective as it worked for 2 minutes and then it stopped abruptly. So, I called up the Call Centre service and then, they pick up the call and tell me that I will receive a call in the next 72 hours. The fact is that it never came. As if the call situation was bad enough, they tell me that they will give the call to their seniors and they never handed it over they cut the call. This is just plain and big time cheating they’ve been doing for the past couple of months. To be precise on my point, the refund and / or replacement never arrived and they were telling me to repair it myself. Thanks for reading the review.
