Do one thing. sell your account for one time use to someone on trading section.

I thought it's policy of Myntra or something
It will expire after 1 year and you can buy new watch from that balance

BTW, if you ain't going to buy from Myntra again, you can try selling the GV at facevalue to someone here (Caveat venditor though).
Open box delivery has made replacement redundant.
Either you accept or reject. If you accept then no recourse (in ordinary course) , if rejected then order is refunded.
You got refund in original payment method, how is it a scam ?
If you don't order that often on myntra then you shouldn't have opted for gift card in the first place. Take this as learning from this experience and avoid gift cards on websites where you don't order often.
