Cheapest is Rs.99 for 15 days validity but...  NO OUTGOING SMS, Standard tariff for SMS to 1900. Get Rs99 Talktime + total 200MB with L+N Calls at 2.5p/sec.

If IC SMS 24x7 is not absolutely necessary you can try recharging  with Rs 10 topup whenever Vi credits the freebies. Depending upon the circle it can enable IC SMS for 7+3 days. On the 11th day IC SMS stops but most of the time recharging with Rs 10 again enables IC SMS. This lasts until Vi credits the freebies the next time whereupon again a Rs 10 topup does the trick. Works in most of my Vi nos.

If you plan to keep the Vi SIM long term then just do a Rs 1799 recharges for 365 days with unlimited calling, 3600 SMSes, 24 GB data and, of course, incoming SMSes. That is Rs 150 a month which will be cheaper than any other recharge. You can easily save some money by recharging via Amazon Pay or Mobikwik or PayTM or Google Pay which may have account specific offers for you. People in Tradings & Classifieds recharge for 5% OFF too.

Depends on how you manage it.

Vi 418 recharge gives 100 GB data with 56 days validity, no daily limit. If recharged within validity, any unused data is rolled over. Outgoing call/sms on charge basis (need talktime to use). Also gives free TV via app. So you can use secondary SIM for data and use the primary SIM with lowest cost unlimited plans.
