Selling Duplicate not working product without any replacement

I purchased a xiami power bank. I do not received any bill and warranty card of it. I seem a duplicate xiami power bank and it is not working. there support team (Shivani) is saying that we cannot do any thing related with quality of product. the company cheated me very badly.
