All my data from Chrome gets synchronized after a restart of my computer to Microsoft Edge.
Even though I am not using Edge regularly, when I opened it, I see all data synchronized, including cookies & passwords.
Even if you keep synchronization off, it still occurs
Using Windows 11
Also Accounts on Microsoft Edge & Chrome Are Different
