SGB to Demat Account

I applied for recent SGB via Groww. Allotment confirmed by RBI, however through another email associated with Axis Bank SB account where my first ever SGB was bought. So, bit confused about the recent purchase / allotment. Not sure where RBI would keep my recent allocation... Groww demat account or Axis Bank. Btw, my primary bank associated with Groww is not Axis.
Anyone invested in recent SGB (issued last month)?

if my case RBI is sending certificate on my old mail id. not sure how to change it in RBI's system.
if u find a way then pls let me know as well.
