Share Your Experience with DTDC Courier [They are not delivering my Packages and Marking as receiver not available/Door locked]

Take sticks.

Used for the first time last month. Was a decent experience, fast & smooth

Again used today. Will see if they deliver well.

I've only used it to send items, so I drop it at their center.

But one thing, the online reviews for my center mentioned that they call the receivers & ask them to pick up deliveries. They don't do it themselves but ask receivers to come & pick at center which might the case with yours. Try calling them, record it & complain

Is your home too far away from their office. I experienced  similar thing as my home was 6 km from their office and they said they diliver only within 1 km from their office. They do not even inform that they have my package and return it after marking as not available three times

I hate DTDC, Professional and such old-age courier services since they are too lazy to deliver the packages. In my town, they thankfully call and ask to pick up the package. 

@Bhawin in your case you could try finding out where their office and visit them depending on the importance of your package.

Most of packages/parcels were returned to origin without informing to me or theft by employees....

Dtdc is not very good but professional courier is good based on my experience. 

yes experienced the same 2 times in the past and I lodged a complaint with their social media time on twitter. The parcel got delivered in 5-6 days post some internal investigation.

After a few days they switched their local delivery partner for my area and no problems so far

So, I guess it's a local issue

They mostly find door locked in their first attempt. Seeing this pattern for years with DTDC and Delivery.

I receive contest prize from them which they mark delivered (without delivered) but after raise complaint on mail they delivered
