My father's order was messed up by Amazon.

He also remembered to made an unboxing video (after hearing my nagging for a long time lol) but the Amazon customer care in chat have proceeded to send replacement after seeing the photos only, they actually send correct replacement without asking for return, which is definitely not under the new return/replacement procedures and TnCs. 

I've seen changes in Amazon's return and replacement policies recently.

They didn't even bother to ask for unboxing video. And even let my father to keep the different cheaper brand polo tshirt! This is oct 28th 2023.

My father rarely orders from online as he says he doesn't know how to collect coupons and track cashbacks.


My father actually has a better online problem solving experience then me lol. 

Even naaptol or something like that replaced a water tank cleaning item after one month, that too without taking the earlier broken one! My father did not check the product immediately after getting it and requested for the single pipe that was broken.


But they actually send the entire thing instead of one component that was broken (probably during transit)!


I was really disappointed with him for losing money and not checking the product within the 10 days return period. And I was shocked on both the incidents!


It was a very warm gesture from the customer service personnels (God bless those people who were in charge that day) shown towards my father, who's still new to online ordering methods.

Just sharing it because I've only been sharing my negative experiences on online shopping. It was nice before 2020 but now one has to be very cautious and make unboxing/pick up videos.

Deal was Posted Here I placed an order at 99 After Coupon on delivery i opened the pack and found a different product same brand same price I complained and they issued a refund without any questions they just demanded the wrong product snapshots only

Nah. Sometimes some in customer service chat/call are pain in the a**. Then have to complain to jeff mail team, these guys are the only reason why I'm still purchasing from Amazon.
