shopclues.com totally fraud

I ordered a mobile phone from shopclues.com and it was mentioned that it will be delivered in 3-4 days, I placed order on 9th sept 2013 and till 20th sept 7:00 pm I have not received my order. the courier company website is showing out for delivery from last 4 days. No one is picking call in courier company/

Don’t know If shopclues.com has created that fake courier company and have done fraud with me.

I called there help line number 01244414888 and spoken to Satinder Singh, he was very illiterate and not able to give answered. When asked to make me speak to Manager he denied and said Manager is not there and will gave a call back soon, there is no definition of soon with shopclues.com.

I will never recommend any one to buy product from that site.
