Should I close my Niyo SBM Bank account and debit card?

International transactions are disabled on Debit card of Niyo SBM Bank since last year, due to action against SBM bank by RBI. I thought things will sort out soon but it didn't. Niyo is pushing for SBM credit card against FD to replace that. But I just got scapia, so International Online/POS transaction is sorted but I'm looking for alternative for International ATM withdrawal. NIyo have other option with Equitas and DCB bank but I don't trust them that much now.

I don't suggest closing this account since the account is a zero-balance Savings account with a free debit card.
Nowadays such benefits are not offered by many banks.

DCB IS BETTER THAN EQUITAS

Dcb is a good option to bank with.
It's a full fledged bank with professional staff and years of expertise.
Would suggest you to continue with dcb
