Simply click Cleartrip Coupon not working

I got a cleartrip coupon from SBI for completing milestone of 1 Lakh on my Simply Click card
I am trying to book a domestic flight with that coupon and pay the remaining amount with my Simply Click card. But after entering the card details when selecting Pay Now, it is showing an error message as coupon is invalid on this payment mode
Can anyone tell me, how can I solve this issue?
Already called cust care, they told to mail them and I've already mailed them too. But need to book the flight urgently. So can someone help me??

I also faced the issue when I tried to make the payment using another credit card. Once I used the sbi card with the coupon, it went through

It will work with mastercard not working with visa cards ask someone with mastercard to help you

Then they told me this
1) Customer should log in to cleartrip account and then make the booking by applying same code.
2) Payment should be made from an SBI credit card only there should be only one mode of payment SimplyCLICK / SimplyCLICK Advantage Card (avoid using supercoin or wallet)
3)Coupon is valid for Domestic or International Flight bookings made online on www.cleartr...om or Cleartrip Mobile App.

If the customer is still facing issues then please ask the customer to make the booking without using any coupon code before the expiry of the voucher, but the mode of payment should be the same SBI card -- showing in the screenshot and after receiving the trip id we will process the cashback offline.
Also, there should be only one mode of payment SimplyCLICK / SimplyCLICK Advantage Card (avoid using super coin or wallet)
Note: If the booking is made by using any other coupon code and partial payment is made using supercoin or wallet, then the customer will not be eligible for the offline cash back.
