I have 5k points but on redemption page it doesn’t show any kind of vouchers for redeeming the points.
Can somebody confirm

Yeah same for me as well.. From past week cant see the rewards.. 
Redeemed points on 18-Nov & received voucher on 21-Nov. I had faced similar issue for few days before 18-Nov. It could be OOS at the moment.
do they charge redemption fee? on the order page it says 0 for redemption but below that it is written otherwise
Important Note: W.E.F. 15th Oct’09 , Rewards Redemption fee is being revised to Rs 99/- plus GST which will be debited to the card account for each redemption request towards delivery and processing charges.

my friend is having sbi prime card: he is able see rewards except amazon/cleatrip vocuher.

Can you check unbilled transactions for redemption fee?
On the website i was able to redeem but i didn’t when i saw their note regarding redemption charges. But will redeem now as confirmed by dimers that its not there
Are they giving only 5% for transaction on Amazon?
