I have received this via SMS and email but I have not received any voucher for 1 lac milestone. I have checked thoroughly and i don't find it , what should I do ?

I did chat with support team today they said voucher was sent on 23rd May and expired on 30nov. Even though I never received any voucher by mail or sms. Their support team said Nothing can be done now.
