and as for yogi, he removed the charges himself, didn’t even let it go to the court. I said goon, because he looks like one, he was making threats openly, inciting ppl to murder in his speech. see the video yourself.
and courts doesn’t decide if you should call someone terriost or goon or what terminology you should use. they decide on punishment for the crime if it proves.
