Slice card closure

I recently sent request to slice team for my card closure since now there are no active offers on it. Today received an email from them to confirm my request. I want to ask fellow dimers to confirm whether content of the email sent by the slice team confirms my card will be permanently closed or it will keep reflecting in my credits report as active?

I also closed last week.. Go ahead and confirm.. In the reply ask them to send out NOC.. My slice card is closed, NOC received.. They also confirmed that my loan account is closed in cibil and asked me to verify cibil post 45 days which is usual
