My slice card is temporarily blocked due to kyc issue. Anyone facing same issues?
What will be the solution for this?

slice will automatically unblock your account after few days ( 1 month in my case)

I think slice is wantedly doing this. My slice card is blocked on March 5th after doing payment telling that “Your Slice card is blocked due to Kyc issues” 

Almost every day I raised a ticket, called, and also contacted on twitter. But their only answer is our team is working and we will resolve it. Other than that there is no response at all.

i think there’s some scam kind of thing going on, because customer support is saying that this issue is with their partner SBM Bank who’s responsible for Kyc Issues. If there’s a issue with the bank itself, how can now slice on board new customers again without resolving? So clearly seems something is happening.

Got tired enough, thinking to close this useless Slice card

How did it happen? Is that you raised a ticket with CC or can you guide please!

Card is unblocked after kyc issue is resolved. It took me around 20 days

I have been talking to them every single day since March 5th, No proper timeline or response received till now. 
They are unable to give any expected timeframe for resolving this issue.

Yes I’m also facing this issue since 10th March. Spoke with customer support. Looks like it’s a common issue for all the users. They said that the issue should be resolved in 7 working days.

Tried contacting SLICE customer care but of no use

I think they are wantedly doing this.
